My approach to massage therapy has evolved through hands-on experience and continued education. Since becoming a registered massage therapist, I have expanded my skill set with specialized training in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Level 2 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a focus on orthopedic applications. I am also furthering my education in cranial fascial techniques to better address complex musculoskeletal patterns.
With a strong foundation in kinesiology and personal training, I take an active approach to treatment while prioritizing hands-on techniques to support recovery. My treatments integrate myofascial and active release therapies, assisted stretching, muscle energy techniques, and targeted lymphatic work to restore mobility, improve function, and support the body's natural healing process.
This skill set allows me to effectively treat a range of conditions, including chronic tension, postural imbalances, nerve impingements, joint restrictions, and post-surgical swelling. I also work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, repetitive strain conditions, and those managing conditions like tendinopathies, whiplash, or persistent pain patterns that haven’t responded to other treatments.
